Arrival

First of all, this is a French keyboard so I am excused from all typos. Weather is great. Hotel is in good location. Small rooms but that is to be expected. ATM worked Estonian cellphone works. Blog works. The World is a small place. Started to plan dinners. We will eat Greek; Turkish; North African, Italian. France is very multicultural cuisine wise. We are excited.

  1. Did you ever read the book Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell? He talks about plane crashes and how incredibly rare they are, like how many things need to go wrong for them to happen, and how the pilot's ethnic culture can actually be very relevant to the situation. It's pretty cool, I think you would like it.

  2. Thanks Dan, I haven't read the book but I am familiar with Gladwell. He is a wonderful writer. Of course, the precise issue you raise is a little worrisome. :-)

  3. Being that I was in Paris with you Dr. King, the rooms were small and my initial reaction was not so good, but we barely even used them because we were out and about the entire trip! so in my eyes the rooms were perfect.
